This policy establishes the framework under which Vrinda Finance Pvt Ltd ("zytePe", "we", or "us") requests authorization from users ("you") to access transaction data. Our primary goal is to provide accurate financial insights, automated reconciliation, and enhanced security monitoring through a verified read-only connection.

Access to your data is never assumed. By granting access permission via our platform, you acknowledge that: (a) authorization is granted solely for the purpose of reading transaction metadata; (b) we maintain strict data silo protocols to ensure confidentiality; (c) no data is shared with external third parties without explicit legal mandate; and (d) the information is used exclusively to improve your service experience.

zytePe’s access is strictly limited to 'Read-Only' status. Our systems are technically incapable of initiating, modifying, or authorizing any financial transactions on your behalf. We only retrieve the minimum data points necessary—such as transaction amounts, timestamps, and sender/receiver identifiers—to fulfill our service obligations.

We employ banking-grade security measures to safeguard your account access. All data transmission occurs over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels. Internally, access to retrieved data is restricted to authorized systems through role-based access control (RBAC) and is subject to continuous security logging.

You maintain absolute ownership of your data connection. You may revoke our access permissions at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing support@zytepe.com. Upon receiving a revocation request, zytePe will immediately terminate the active connection and purge associated cached data within 30 days.

While we implement rigorous safeguards, Vrinda Finance Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from authorized access used in accordance with this policy, except where such loss is directly caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct as determined by law.

We may refine this policy to adapt to new technologies or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be updated here with a revised timestamp. Your continued use of the zytePe platform following these changes signifies your agreement to the updated access terms.
